I read a lot of stuff on the internet that pertains to movies. Most of it is just fan boy bullshit that no one should believe. These little douche bags like to sit around their basements with their penis in hand making up all sorts of nonsense and shit they wish would happen.
The first is a supposed third Star Wars trilogy that would take place well before the events of the prequels. This was spread over the internet several months ago. The rumor states that Lucas wants to make a third trilogy starring the Knights of the Old Republic. This would be another 3d extravaganza according to the rumor mill. If these were made, the rumor states that Lucas would not direct but would have Spielberg and two other directors take over the franchise. I wish it would happen but somehow I doubt it. It's hard for me to say that.
The latest thing to hit the internet is that Bill Paxton is hot on the idea of making another Twister movie. I really thought the first was fun popcorn fare. I also thought one was enough. There is nothing more to say about tornadoes. DOROTHY did her job. Cary Elwes died. All is well in the world of natural disasters. Supposedly this is going to be 3D also. Please stop.
The biggest one that I'm anxiously awaiting is the third Batman movie. I've seen rumors and numerous posts about another in this series. First was that Joseph Gordon Levitt was going to take over as the Joker. Although he'd be awesome, I think it's time they let poor Heath rest. Personally, I think Nolan shot his load on The Dark Knight. Even though I think he'd do an excellent job on another sequel, he won't ever be able to compete with his own work on TDK.
So, we're still up in the air as far as Batman goes..............................
